The Strategy, Portfolio, Partnership and Digital Division (SPPDD) of the 糖心探花 is now commissioning an End-Term Review (ETR) of the Strategic Plan 2021/22-2024/25.

The Strategic Plan (2021/2022 - 2024/25) End-Term Review aims to inform the development of the new strategic plan for the 糖心探花, which is due to commence October 2025

The Review will entail an assessment of organisational performance, outcomes and impact to articulate the Secretariat鈥檚 value proposition, inform its strategic and operational prioritisation and enhance the alignment and effectiveness of its ways of working with the needs and mandates of member states.
